Last Updated: October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Adspect software, website (adspect.click), and associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. Adspect is operated by Global Affiliate Network Limited.

2. Description of Service

Adspect provides traffic filtering, cloaking, click fraud protection, and automated safe page generation for digital marketers. The service is provided on a subscription basis as outlined on our pricing page.

3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use Adspect only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our services to facilitate the distribution of malware, phishing, child exploitation material, or any content that violates international law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms without refund.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are made via supported cryptocurrencies to ensure privacy and security. Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued at the sole discretion of Global Affiliate Network Limited in the event of prolonged service outages.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Adspect is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. While we utilize advanced VLA machine learning to filter traffic, we do not guarantee 100% protection against all bans, bots, or manual reviews from advertising networks.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Global Affiliate Network Limited, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or ad account suspensions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
